Ajwain kadhaAjwain is an Indian spice that is known to soothe the itchy throat and discomfort that comes with common cold and flu. Other ingredients like ginger powder, fennel seeds, cardamoms, and cinnamon add to the health benefits. In addition to that, you can squeeze half a lemon juice, and add a sweetener of choice to land yourself an immunity drink that is also absolutely delicious. Giloy kadhaGiloy is an Indian ingredient that is bitter and tarty, and has a host of medicinal properties. Traditional recipes use the spice with water, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger, to prepare a concoction that is healthy. However, we decided to go ahead and add a few mint leaves and a dash of honey to make it tastier without compromising on the original nutritional value.
