Post Launch Week (9th January 2023 onwards) earn rates
- Watches on Titan- Get 5% Neu Coins.
Ineligible Earns
- No NeuCoins earned on payments made with NeuCoins or Encircle points.
- No NeuCoins are rewarded during purchase of discounted products.
- Credit notes, gift cards/vouchers, exchange products, Encircle points redeemed, NeuCoins redeemed etc. will not earn NeuCoins
- Birthday / Marriage Anniversary discounts related sales will continue to get NeuCoins, however this will always be on net value of purchase (Discount can be availed based on DOB/DOA provided on Titan website
NeuCoins credit period
- The NeuCoins for your order will be credited 15 days after the product delivery.
Earn/Redeem Neu Coins & Encircle Points
- Customers will not be able to earn/redeem any NeuCoins on transactions done directly at Titan stores or the Titan brand website. However, they will continue to earn encircle points on these transactions at Titan website and Titan Store
- Customers will not earn any Encircle points on purchasing Titan products from Tata Neu
- Customers cannot redeem both Encircle points & NeuCoins together in a single purchase. If they already have Encircle points, they will need to redeem them first. They will be able to redeem NeuCoins from your next transaction
- Customers Encircle program tier does not get upgraded on shopping from Tata Neu
HDFC Bank Offer:
- The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase
- Offer valid till 15th August 2023
- 10% instance discount up to Rs. 2000 on HDFC Bank Credit / Debit EMI transactions with a minimum purchase value of Rs. 3500
- Offer applicable only once during the campaign period

- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
- HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace this offer by another offer or withdraw it altogether
- Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts that are flagged for working capital usage. Purchases done using HDFC Bank Credit card via UPI mode shall not be eligible for this offer
- Purchases eligible for Instant Discount/ Cashback on HDFC Bank Credit Card will not qualify for Reward Points. The same will be reversed within 120 days
- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date
- Since this is an EMI offer, customers will not earn Neu Coins on transactions done via Tata Neu HDFC card.
