Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Availability and Redemption: This Offer shall be available only in the Croma offline stores in Bengaluru. The Croma gift vouchers won by an Eligible User (as defined below) under this Offer shall also be redeemable only in the Croma offline stores in Bengaluru.
2. Offer Validity: The Offer is valid from 11:59 pm on August 18, 2023 to 11:59 pm, August 31, 2023, both days inclusive (“Validity Period”).
3. Offer eligibility:
a. Users who have never installed the Tata Neu App and install and enroll on the app from Google Play store / iOS App store, during the Validity Period;b. Users who have previously installed the Tata Neu app:
  • completed enrollment, and have uninstalled the app before July 31, 2023; or
  • and not completed enrollment;
4. Offer rewards:
Eligible Users can earn:
a. a Croma gift voucher worth Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred); andb. 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) NeuCoins;in the manner described in paragraph 5 below.
5. How to avail the Offer:
a. User shall scan the QR code displayed in the Croma offline stores, install and enroll on the Tata Neu app in accordance with para 3. above.b. Upon completion of activity at paragraph 5 a. above, the Croma gift voucher shall be received by the Eligible User on the Tata Neu app and his / her registered email / mobile number.c. The Croma gift voucher details shall be communicated to the Eligible User by way of a 16-digit gift voucher code and 6-digit PIN.d. The Croma gift vouchers earned under this Offer, may be redeemed only on a transaction undertaken by the Eligible User for a minimum order value of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) on any Croma products purchased in the Croma offline stores in Bengaluru only (“Eligible Transaction”).e. The Croma gift vouchers shall be valid for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of issuance.f. Additionally, 250 NeuCoins shall be credited to Eligible User’s account immediately upon undertaking the Eligible Transaction. However, these NeuCoins shall be unlocked upon expiry of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the completion of the Eligible Transaction. The NeuCoins shall be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of unlocking.
6. This Offer may be clubbed with other existing offers and any other Croma gift vouchers (not earned under this Offer), inCroma offline stores. However, Croma gift vouchers rewarded pursuant to this Offer cannot be clubbed together.
7. NeuCoins earned under this Offer, may be clubbed with other offers on the Croma sales channels and/or Tata Neu app.
8. The Offer can be availed only once by each Eligible User during the Validity Period.
9. In case the underlying Eligible Transaction is cancelled or returned (whether partially or in full) by an Eligible User within 15 (fifteen) days of having undertaken such transaction:
a. the Croma gift voucher amount redeemed by the Eligible User or value thereof, is non-refundable; andb. NeuCoins shall not be unlocked.
10. Tata Digital reserves the absolute right to withdraw / change / modify / add / delete /cancel any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time, and without any prior notice.
11. Tata Digital reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to cancellation of the Offer and disqualification of any customer from receiving the rewards under this Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions, or if there is any technical glitch.
14. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
