Once you log in to Tata Neu, you can check the ‘NeuPass’ section on the homepage for complete details. 1 NeuCoin = Rs.1. You can redeem NeuCoins across Big Basket, 1Mg, Cliq, Croma.
2.Will I get the offer if I am paying multiple bills worth ₹100 or more?
You will only get eligible for the offer, if any of the individual bill among the multiple bills is valued at ₹100 or more. The offer is not applicable based on the total cart value but on individual bill value.
3.Are there any benefits when I pay with Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Cards?
Yes. You will get additional 5% back as NeuCoins when you pay with Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank credit cards and 2% back as NeuCoins when you pay with Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank credit cards.

- The Tata Power Bill Pay Offer is available on the Tata Neu website/App
- The user will be awarded 30 NeuCoins for the first successful Payment on Tata Neu website/App
- A successful Bill Payment means the payment that was successfully acknowledged by the biller
- Valid on a minimum Bill Payment of ₹100 or more during the Offer Period.
- The offer is applicable for a select base of customers and the eligible customers will get the communications regarding the offer
- The offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
- The NeuCoins thus awarded to the User under this program shall have a validity of 90 days from the date of issuance.
- The BillPay Offer is valid from 12:00:00 AM IST on July 1st , 2023, to 11:59:59 PM IST of July 31st , 2023.
- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
