- Get rewarded with additional NeuCoins within 48 hrs of placing an eligible order as per the reward slab (net purchase value) or above across participating brands during the offer period
- The offer is valid from 10th August 2023 – 13th August 2023
- 1 NeuCoin = ₹1
- The offer is applicable once per user during the offer period across participating brands for the purchases done on Tata Neu (Website/App). A customer can earn maximum 300 NeuCoins in this offer.
- Customer will get offer Neucoins for the amount paid via Neucoins
- The offer is valid across select categories: Electronics, Fashion, Health, Grocery, Watches, Jewellery categories on Tata Neu.
- The offer is only valid for all the participating brands. Participating brands are Croma, Tata CLiQ, Tata CLiQ Luxury, Westside, 1Mg, BigBasket, Titan and non-participating brands include IHCL, Qmin, Cult, Tata Play and Air Asia India.
- A successful order is defined as an order with no complete cancellation or returns
- In case of complete cancellation or returns, the credited NeuCoins will be withdrawn, and you will not be eligible for the offer.
- Customers need to use these additional NeuCoins to shop on the platform within 90 days of the issue date. NeuCoins not used within 90 days of issuance will get expired.
- This offer is over and above the 5% NeuCoins (and any other promotional activity running during the offer period) that you will earn on Tata Neu. Terms and Conditions apply.
- A credit of the additional NeuCoins will be initiated in your account within 48 hours from the date of delivery subject to customer not cancelling the entire order(s) and being in strict adherence to all the T&Cs of this offer and Tata Neu platform but not limited to misuse of the promotional offer, suspicious usage of the Tata Neu platform and any other fraudulent activities.
