1. Offer Period & eligibility:
a. 20th January 2024 to 28th January 2024 (both days inclusive);
b. This offer is applicable for users who are successfully issued the Tata Neu HDFC Credit Card only.
c. Users can avail the offer with their exclusive coupon codes only.
d. The coupon codes for both TV & Appliances and Laptops offer will be shared via SMS/Email to the users.
2. Offer Details (TV & Appliances):
a. NeuCard users can avail 15% instant discount on TV, Refrigerators, AC, Washing Machines & Home and kitchen Appliances (as classified by Croma) with their exclusive coupon code.
b. The offer is applicable for a minimum order value of Rs 20000.
c. There is no maximum capping on the discount amount.
3. Offer Details (Laptops):
a. NeuCard users can avail 5% instant discount on Laptops with their exclusive coupon code.
b. There is no minimum order value for the discount on laptops.
c. There is no maximum capping on the discount amount.
4. Additional Benefits:
a. NeuCard Infinity & NeuCard Plus users will get 5% & 2% extra NeuCoins respectively.
b. Users can also avail 5% additional NeuCoins (up to 750 NeuCoins) for orders on Tata Neu.
5. Common Terms & Conditions:
a. Each user will have a unique coupon code for both appliances & laptops.
b. The users can avail both the offers on Appliances & Laptops separately using the unique coupon codes.
c. The offer is valid across all Croma Stores, croma.com & Tata Neu.
d. Any coupon code is valid only once per user.
e. Coupon codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer or coupon except for offers made available by participating banks on the date of purchase.
f. Coupon codes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-encashable and non-extendable.
g. Taxes and Statutory levies as applicable in this regard shall be borne and paid by the users wherever applicable.
h. Croma reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without any notice and liability.
i. Croma’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
j. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai.
k. HDFC Bank and/or Tata Digital Private Limited shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
l. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary.
m.
