2. The Offer will be valid for the period set out in the abovementioned table (“Offer Period”).
3. An Eligible Customer has to transact on the Tata Neu website/app or on the website / app of the respective Brand up to a Net Transaction Value (as defined below), to qualify for the Discounts/cashback.
4. An Eligible Customer can avail the Discount/cashback only for the first valid transaction (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) in the Offer Period. Subsequent transactions shall not be eligible for a Discount/cashback.
“Net Transaction Value” shall mean the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from the Brand less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app/store.
5. The Discount/cashback is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
6. The Offer will be provided in the form of a cashback for the eligible transactions on AirAsia, BillPay on Tata Neu, Air India, IHCL (Taj, Vivanta, Ginger, SeleQtions), Qmin , Titan Eye Plus, Zoya Jewels. This cashback will be posted to qualifying transactions within 90 (ninety) days once the Offer period ends, i.e., on or before August 28, 2023.
7. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
8. Tata digital and ICICI Bank have the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
9. The decision of Tata Digital and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
10. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Tata Digital or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use or delivery or misuse of any benefit provided under this Offer.
11.
